The Sacramento River Cats on Tuesday unveiled their new alternate baseball caps, which feature the Tower Bridge in the logo.

The caps will be available on Thursday at the On Deck Shop at Raley Field and online. The caps will be 20 percent off during a special Veterans Day sale.

Many fans of the San Francisco Giants AAA-affiliated team are excited about the lids, according to social media posts and comments on the River Cats Instagram page.

“That’s clean!” wrote waint4utopia.

“Those are awesome,” mattbohmback agreed.

In 17 seasons in West Sacramento, playing at Raley Field, the River Cats have won two Triple A championships (2007 and 2008) and four Pacific Coast League pennants (2003,2004, 2007 and 2008), as well as 11 PCL South Division titles.

The team is affiliated with the San Francisco Giants after 15 seasons as the Triple-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics.
